This is an exciting time to join us and be an integral part of the journey! As we know, change is a constant. This year, as we plan to honor our traditional events, we hope for a few new enhancements. Social action will get special attention this year with our direct connection to the Temple Committee, expanding our impact through our TAS and local communities.

TAS Sisterhood is an inclusive organization for all women affiliated with Temple Adas Shalom. Membership with TAS Sisterhood brings with it friendship, a spiritual journey, education and fun. It brings social justice and social action. It brings women together as sisters in a way that bonds us for the happiest times, the saddest times, and for all the times in between.

Our Sisterhood is committed to our members, our temple and our greater community. We achieve our goals by enriching the lives of our congregation and provide a comfortable place for our members to find personal and spiritual growth, charitable endeavors, social events, and educational opportunities.

The TAS Sisterhood's impact can be found in every corner of Temple Adas Shalom. Our Sisterhood provides an outstanding selection of Judaica in our Sisterhood Gift Shop, gifts for Bar & Bat Mitzvah students, holiday treats for Simchat Torah and Purim, holiday gift packages for our college students, and donations that benefit the congregation, the Kehillah MAGNET religious School, and the HJC Early Learning Center. We join together for Sisterhood Dinners & Events on a monthly basis or more. We are active, we are growing, and we are ready for you to join because this is not your Bubbe's Sisterhood!

Annual Membership Information

Our Sisterhood membership is made up of a diverse group of women of varied ages, education, and religious observance who share a common goal: making Temple Adas Shalom a better place. Sisterhood is a community in which all women connect.

Membership Rates:

$42.00 for Membership Renewal$36.00 for New Members.
